Novogyne Pharmaceuticals (a.k.a. Vivelle Ventures LLC) is a women's health products company jointly owned by Noven and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Novogyne's products include Vivelle-Dot®, the world's smallest estrogen patch and the most dispensed estrogen patch in the U.S., and CombiPatch®, the first combination HT patch approved in the U.S. Novogyne has 120 sales representatives targeting U.S. physicians who frequently prescribe estrogen therapy products.

Shire has the exclusive global rights to Daytrana®, Noven’s developmental once-daily methylphenidate transdermal system for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which was launched in the U.S. in June 2006. Noven and Shire are also working together to develop a transdermal amphetamine patch for ADHD, which is presently in pre-clinical development.

Noven has worked with P&G Pharmaceuticals toward development of new prescription transdermal products in the area of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder.

Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a leader in pain management, has a right of first refusal with respect to our developmental fentanyl patch for chronic pain, and we are working together with Endo to develop new prescription patches that could extend our collaboration beyond that product.
