JEFFREY
F. EISENBERG
Jeffrey Eisenberg serves as Noven’s President & Chief Executive
Officer and as President of Novogyne Pharmaceuticals, Noven's joint
venture with Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. He has been part
of Noven’s
senior management team since 1998, having previously served as Senior
Vice President – Strategic
Alliances, and as General Counsel. From 1995 through
1998, he served as Associate General Counsel and then as Acting General
Counsel of IVAX Corporation. Prior to IVAX, he was a lawyer in the
corporate securities department of the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis. |

PETER
G. AMANATIDES
Peter Amanatides joined Noven in September 2008 and serves as Vice
President – Quality Assurance & Quality Control. He has
over 20 years of diverse pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry
experience. Prior to joining Noven, he served in several senior quality
roles at DSM Pharmaceuticals, Inc., most recently as Senior Director – Quality
Operations & Regulatory Affairs, the senior-most quality officer
at DSM Pharmaceuticals. Prior to his career at DSM, he was Director
of Quality Systems at Celera Genomics. Mr. Amanatides holds a Master
of Science degree in biotechnology and molecular biology from Hood
College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology from Regents
College. |

STEVEN
M. DINH
Steven Dinh joined Noven in June 2008 and serves as Vice President
and Chief Scientific Officer. He has more than 25 years' experience
in drug delivery, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development and polymer
engineering. Prior to joining Noven, he served as Vice President
of Research and Technology Development and Co-Chair – Office
of the President for Emisphere Technologies. Earlier, he served as
Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of Research & Development
for Lavipharm Laboratories, and before that, he held several senior-level
R&D positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and Ciba-Geigy.
Mr. Dinh has co-authored three books, over 30 articles for scientific
publications, and more than 100 abstracts. He holds a Doctor of Science
degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters
of Science degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Engineering
degree from Cooper Union. |

PATRICK
GALLAGHER
Patrick Gallagher joined Noven in February 2010 and serves as Vice
President – Business Development. He has over 25 years’ experience
in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and drug delivery industries.
Prior to joining Noven, he served as Senior Vice President, Business
Development, Marketing & Sales at Acusphere. Previously, he served
as Vice President, Corporate Business Development at Mylan Laboratories.
Earlier, he held senior director positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb
and Johnson & Johnson. As a corporate development and strategic
planning consultant, he has also helped pharmaceutical, biotech and
medical device industry clients develop and successfully execute
critical business initiatives. |

RICHARD
P. GILBERT
Richard Gilbert joined Noven in December 2004 and serves as Vice
President – Operations. He has over 22 years of experience
in operations and manufacturing. Prior to joining Noven, he served
as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, at ConvaTec (a Bristol-Myers
Squibb Company). Prior to ConvaTec, he held various senior roles
at London International Group, LLC, The Tensar Corporation, and Richmond
Technology. |

JOSEPH
C. JONES
Joseph Jones has been with Noven since January 2001 and serves as
Vice President – Corporate Affairs, with principal responsibility
for corporate planning, corporate communications, and the integration
of Noven with its parent company, Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical. Prior
to joining Noven, he was President of SHD Strategic, L.C., a corporate
communications consulting firm, and before that he served as Vice
President, Investor Relations and Government Affairs for IVAX Corporation.
Prior to joining IVAX, he was a partner in the corporate securities
department of the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis. |

FRANK
KYLER
Frank Kyler joined Noven in July 2010 and serves as Vice President
– Human Resources. Prior to Noven, he served as Vice President, Human
Resources for HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI), where he was responsible
for Global Talent development strategies and systems. He earned his
Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from
the State University of New York (Buffalo) and his Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Finance from Canisius College. |

JOEL
S. LIPPMAN, M.D.
Joel Lippman joined Noven in July 2008 and serves as Executive Vice
President – Product Development & Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Lippman is an obstetrician-gynecologist certified by the American
Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with nearly 20 years of clinical
development and medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical
and device industries. Prior to joining Noven, Dr. Lippman served
as Worldwide Vice President – Medical Affairs & Chief
Medical Officer and as a member of the Global Management Board at
Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. Earlier, he served
as Vice President – Clinical Trials at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical,
Inc., also a Johnson & Johnson company, and before that, he served
in a number of clinical development, medical affairs and related
roles at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories. Dr. Lippman holds a Medical Degree
from New York Medical College and a Masters in Public Health from
Harvard University School of Public Health, and is a Fellow of the
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. |

Jeff Mihm has been with Noven since 2003 and serves as Vice President,
Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel. Prior to Noven,
he served as Senior Corporate Counsel to Panamerican Beverages, Inc.,
the world's third largest Coca-Cola bottler at the time, and previously
was a partner in the corporate securities department of the law firm
of Steel Hector & Davis. |

ANDREW
C. PANAGY
Andrew C. Panagy joined Noven in January 2010 and serves as Vice
President – Marketing & Sales. He has over 30 years experience
in pharmaceutical and biotechnology marketing and sales, strategic
planning and business management. Prior to joining Noven, he served
as Vice President and Global Business Manager of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals’ Women’s
Health Care business unit, with principal responsibility for that
unit’s menopausal product portfolio, and as Wyeth’s Vice
President, U.S. Marketing – Women’s Health Care. Previously,
he served as Vice President, U.S. Women’s Health Care Marketing
at Pfizer/Parke-Davis. Earlier, he held senior level positions at
Neuromedical Systems, MEDED Healthcare Group, and the Ayerst Labs
Division of American Home Products. |

MICHAEL
D. PRICE
Michael
Price joined Noven in November 2007 and serves as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA with over 25 years
of experience as a financial executive. From 1992 to
2006, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer,
Treasurer and Secretary for Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,
a NYSE listed specialty pharmaceuticals company. He also
acted as a member of that company’s board of directors
for nine years. Earlier in his career, he served as a
senior executive with Carr Financial Group, and as Vice President
- Finance with Premiere Group, Inc. |
