WAYNE
P. YETTER, Chairman
Mr. Yetter serves as Noven's non-executive Chairman of the Board.
He has been Chief Executive Officer of Verispan LLC (health
care information) since September 2005. From November 2004 to September
2005, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Odyssey Pharmaceuticals,
Inc., the specialty pharmaceutical division of Pliva d.d. From 2003
to 2005, he served on the Advisory Board of Alterity Partners (mergers
and acquisition advisory firm). From September 2000 to June 2003,
Mr. Yetter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Synavant
Inc. (pharmaceutical marketing/technology services). From 1999 to
2000, Mr. Yetter served as Chief Operating Officer at IMS Health,
Inc. (information services for the healthcare industry). From 1997
to 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis
Pharmaceuticals Corporation (pharmaceuticals). From 1991 to 1994,
Mr. Yetter served as General Manager and then President of Astra
Merck, a division of Merck & Co.
From 1994 to 1997, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer
of Astra Merck, Inc. (pharmaceuticals). Mr. Yetter serves on the
board of directors of Matria Healthcare, Inc. (disease management),
EpiCept Corporation (pharmaceuticals), Alteon, Inc. (pharmaceuticals)
and HAPC, Inc. (healthcare acquisitions).

PETER
C. BRANDT
Mr. Brandt was appointed to Noven’s board of directors and
to the offices of President & Chief Executive Officer of Noven
effective April 29, 2008. He spent 28 years at Pfizer, Inc., the
world's leading research-based pharmaceutical company. Until early
2007, he served as Pfizer’s President – U.S. Pharmaceuticals
Operations, where he oversaw Pfizer’s U.S. pharmaceuticals
organization. Previously, he led Pfizer’s Latin American Pharmaceuticals
Operations, as well as the following Pfizer Worldwide Pharmaceuticals
functions: Finance, Information Technology, Planning and Business
Development. He also directed the operations of Pfizer's care management
subsidiary, Pfizer Healthcare Solutions. |

SIDNEY
BRAGINSKY
Mr. Braginsky is President and Chief Executive Officer of Atropos Technology
Inc. (consulting and venture capital) and Chairman of Digilab LLC (molecular
spectroscopy). From 1970 through 1999, Mr. Braginsky served Olympus America,
Inc. in a variety of roles, most recently as President and Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Braginsky serves on the board of directors of Mediscience
(optical biopsy development), Diomed Holdings (laser technology), Geneva
Acquisition Corporation (acquisitions) and Electro-Optical Sciences, Inc.
(surgical and medical instruments). |

JOHN
G. CLARKSON, M.D.
Dr. Clarkson is the Executive Director of the American Board of
Ophthalmology and the Dean Emeritus and Professor of Ophthalmology,
Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. From 1995
to 2006, he served as Professor and Senior Vice President for Medical
Affairs and Dean, University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Clarkson
serves as a director of the American Board of Medical Specialties
and as a trustee for the Evelyn F. McKnight Brain Research Foundation. |

DONALD
A. DENKHAUS
Mr. Denkhaus has, since January 2004, served as the executive chairman of
TM Systems, LLC (international language services). Since 2005, he has also
served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Risk Advisors
(consulting). Mr. Denkhaus was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP from 1980
to 2002 and served as Arthur Andersen’s
audit practice director responsible for Florida and Puerto Rico from 1999
to 2002. For a one-year period in 2002 and 2003, Mr. Denkhaus was employed
as a principal with Ernst & Young LLP where he provided audit services
and assisted in the transition of Arthur Andersen audit clients and personnel
to Ernst & Young. |

PEDRO
P. GRANADILLO
Mr. Granadillo was employed by Eli Lilly and Company (pharmaceuticals) from
1970 until 2004. From 1998 to 2004, he served as Eli Lilly’s Senior
Vice President overseeing manufacturing, quality and human resources and
from 1993 to 1998, he served as Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Granadillo
serves on the board of directors of First Indiana Corporation (banking), First
Indiana Bank, N.A. (banking) and Haemonetics Corporation (medical devices). |

PHILLIP M. SATOW
Mr. Satow was appointed to Noven’s Board of Directors in August
2007 upon the closing of Noven’s acquisition of JDS Pharmaceuticals,
LLC. Mr. Satow was JDS’s co-founder and served as its Chief
Executive Officer from inception in August 2004 through completion
of the acquisition. After 15 years with Pfizer and three years as
Vice President and General Manager of the Carter Wallace pharmaceutical
business, Mr. Satow served as Executive Vice President of Forest
Laboratories and President of its Forest Pharmaceuticals subsidiary.
He established the marketing and sales departments at Forest, which
he led for 14 years through the launch of Forest’s highly-successful
antidepressant Celexa®.

ROBERT
G. SAVAGE
Mr. Savage has been the President of Strategic Imagery LLC (pharmaceutical
consulting) since May 2003. He served as Group Vice President and
President – General Therapeutics & Inflammation Business
of Pharmacia Corporation from 2002 until its acquisition by Pfizer,
Inc. in 2003. From 1996 through 2001, Mr. Savage served Johnson & Johnson
in a variety of roles, most recently as Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s
Pharmaceutical Group. From 1985 to 1996, he served Roche Holding
AG in a variety of marketing, business development and operations
positions, most recently as Vice President – Marketing, Hoffmann-La
Roche, Inc. Mr. Savage serves as the non-executive chairman of EpiCept
Corporation (pharmaceuticals) and as the presiding director of The
Medicines Company, Inc. (pharmaceuticals). |

JEFFREY
F. EISENBERG
Mr. Eisenberg serves as Noven’s Executive Vice President. He
has been part of Noven’s
senior management team since 1998, having served as Senior Vice President – Strategic
Alliances, and as General Counsel. From 1995 through
1998, he served as Associate General Counsel and then as Acting General
Counsel of IVAX Corporation. Prior to IVAX, he was a lawyer in the
corporate securities department of the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis. |

MICHAEL
D. PRICE
Michael
Price joined Noven in November 2007 and serves as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA with over 25 years
of experience as a financial executive. From 1992 to
2006, he served as vice president, chief financial officer,
treasurer and secretary for Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,
a NYSE listed specialty pharmaceuticals company. He also
acted as a member of that company’s board of directors
for nine years. Earlier in his career, he served as a
senior executive with Carr Financial Group, and as vice president
- finance with Premiere Group, Inc. |

STEVEN
M. DINH
Mr. Dinh joined Noven in June 2008 and serves as Vice President and
Chief Scientific Officer. He has more than 25 years' experience
in drug delivery, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development and polymer
engineering. Prior to joining Noven, he served as Vice President
of Research and Technology Development and Co-Chair – Office
of the President for Emisphere Technologies. Earlier, he served as
Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of Research & Development
for Lavipharm Laboratories, and before that, he held several senior-level
R&D positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and Ciba-Geigy.
Mr. Dinh has co-authored three books, over 30 articles for scientific
publications, and more than 100 abstracts. He holds a Doctor of Science
degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters
of Science degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Engineering
degree from Cooper Union. |

CAROLYN
DONALDSON
Carolyn Donaldson has been with Noven since June 1998 and serves
as Vice President – Human Resources. Prior to joining Noven,
she served as Vice President of Human Resources for IVAX Corporation,
a global branded and generic pharmaceutical company. From 1984 to
1997 she served as Executive Director – Human Resources at
Cordis Corporation. |

RICHARD
P. GILBERT
Richard Gilbert joined Noven in December 2004 and serves as Vice
President – Operations. He has over 22 years of experience
in operations and manufacturing. Prior to joining Noven, he served
as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, at ConvaTec (a Bristol-Myers
Squibb Company). Prior to ConvaTec, he held various senior roles
at London International Group, LLC, The Tensar Corporation, and Richmond
Technology. |

PAVAN
HANDA
Pavan Handa joined Noven in July 2002 and serves as Vice President – Business
Development. He has over fifteen years of pharmaceutical industry
experience in structuring and negotiating numerous agreements involving
licensing, acquisitions, and strategic collaborations. Prior to joining
Noven, he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and
Portfolio Management for Pharmacologics LLC, Director of Business
Development and Marketing for Enzon Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Manager
of Biomedical Business Development for Union Carbide Corporation. |

JOSEPH
C. JONES
Joseph Jones has been with Noven since January 2001 and serves as
Vice President – Corporate Affairs. He is principally responsible
for analyst, investor and corporate communications as well as the
company's governmental affairs function. Prior to joining Noven,
he was President of SHD Strategic, L.C., a corporate communications
consulting firm, and before that he served as Vice President, Investor
Relations and Government Affairs for IVAX Corporation. Prior to joining
IVAX, he was a partner in the corporate securities department of
the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis. |

JOEL
S. LIPPMAN, M.D.
Dr. Lippman joined Noven in July 2008 as Vice President – Clinical
Development & Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Lippman is an obstetrician-gynecologist
certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with
nearly 20 years of clinical development and medical affairs experience
in the pharmaceutical and device industries. Prior to joining Noven,
Dr. Lippman served as Worldwide Vice President – Medical Affairs & Chief
Medical Officer and as a member of the Global Management Board at
Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. Earlier, he served
as Vice President – Clinical Trials at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical,
Inc., also a Johnson & Johnson company, and before that, he served
in a number of clinical development, medical affairs and related
roles at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories. Dr. Lippman holds a Medical Degree
from New York Medical College and a Masters in Public Health from
Harvard University School of Public Health, and is a Fellow of the
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. |

JUAN
A. MANTELLE
Juan Mantelle has been with Noven since March 1990 and, since June
2000, has served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer.
From
December 1986 to March 1990, he served Paco Research Corp. as Manager
– Product Development. From April 1983 to December 1986, he
served Key Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Research Engineer where
he helped develop some of the most successful transdermal products
of that era. |

JEFF
T. MIHM
Jeff Mihm has been with Noven since 2003 and serves as Vice President
and General Counsel. Prior to Noven, he served as Senior Corporate
Counsel to Panamerican Beverages, Inc., the world's third largest
Coca-Cola bottler at the time, and previously was a partner in the
corporate securities department of the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis. |

ANTHONY
VENDITTI
Mr. Venditti joined Noven in June 2008 and serves as Vice President – Marketing & Sales.
He has over 20 years of pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience.
Prior to joining Noven, he served as Vice President and head of the
U.S. Neuroscience division for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation,
where he was responsible for marketing, sales and new product operations
for the central nervous system (CNS) portfolio in the U.S. Before
that, he served Novartis in a number of senior executive positions,
with responsibility for marketing, sales, business analysis, strategic
planning and new product commercialization, including key roles in
the launch of several new products. |
