2004 -- Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVN) today announced
the results of its 2004 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting,
held May 18, 2004, shareholders elected the following persons to the
Noven Board of Directors:

Shareholders also
approved amendments to Noven’s 1999 Long-Term
Incentive Plan, and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche
