two upcoming events of interest to Noven shareholders and other investors.
Robert C. Strauss, Noven’s President, CEO & Chairman, will
provide an update on Noven’s business and prospects at the Banc
of America Securities Health Care Conference in Las Vegas on May 18,
2005, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (4:00 p.m. Pacific Time). The public

Noven also announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders
on May 24, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at its corporate headquarters
