ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2007 EARNINGS RELEASE DATE |

its first quarter 2007 earnings release date.
On April 30, before the
U.S. market opens, Noven is scheduled to issue a press release announcing
its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. At 9:00
a.m. Eastern Time the same day, a conference call among management

and thereafter a rebroadcast will be accessible at the same site for
