that Jeffrey F. Eisenberg, its Executive Vice President and Interim
Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to provide an update on Noven’s
business and prospects at the Lehman Brothers 11th Annual Global Healthcare
Conference in Miami Beach on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 4:45 p.m.
