ANNOUNCES 2006 EARNINGS RELEASE DATE |

22, 2007 -- Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVN) today announced
its 2006 earnings release date as well as a scheduled investor conference
presentation.
On March 1, after the close of the U.S. market, Noven
is scheduled to issue a press release announcing its financial results
for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. At 5:00 p.m. Eastern
Time the same day, a conference call among management and analysts
will be broadcast live via the Internet at www.noven.com, and thereafter
a rebroadcast will be accessible at the same site for at least two
weeks. A taped replay of the call will be available beginning the evening
