  • Candidates will be notified by a member of the Talent Acquisition team if they are selected to move forward in the interview process. Generally, Noven’s process consists of an initial phone screen, a phone interview with the hiring manager or team, followed by an in-person panel and one-on-one interviews.

Interview Tips

  • Arrive plenty of time in advance of the interview start time.

  • Noven’s standard attire is business casual. For interviews, we recommend business attire – suit or jacket and pants for gentlemen; a skirt suit or pant suit for ladies.

  • Do your research on Noven, its business and products.

  • Familiarize yourself with our Mission, Values and Leadership Principles

  • Be prepared to provide examples from your current or past work history highlighting your contributions. Focus on the 'I' as opposed to the 'We' factor.

  • In responding to interviewer questions, we recommend your referencing specific situations/examples from your current or prior roles that illustrate what is being asked. Provide details on the situation/issue you were managing, what actions you took and the outcome or impact of the situation.

  • Be prepared to share your experience, skills and goals to allow us to understand why you are the best candidate for the role.
