Novogyne Pharmaceuticals In the U.S., Noven has licensed its menopausal hormone therapy patches to Novogyne Pharmaceuticals, a women’s health products company that is a joint venture between Noven and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. Vivelle-Dot®, Novogyne’s lead product, is the most dispensed transdermal estrogen therapy in the U.S.
Novartis Pharma AG In Europe, Noven has licensed its HT patches to Novartis Pharma AG, a global leader in transdermal HT. Estradot®, the international version of Vivelle-Dot®, is currently available in European markets.
Aventis S.A. Noven has licensed its HT patches to Aventis for marketing in Japan.

Endo
Pharmaceuticals

Noven and Endo have entered into a development collaboration for innovative prescription patch products.
Shire plc Noven has licensed global rights to Daytrana®, its FDA-approved transdermal methylphenidate system, to Shire plc, the market share leader in ADHD therapy. Noven has also entered into a development collaboration with Shire for an amphetamine patch.

P&G
Pharmaceuticals,

Noven is developing new prescription patches for Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. These patches are follow-on products to P&G’s Intrinsa™ patch for the treatment of HSDD.
